It is hard to ignore the #enthusiasm in Josephine when she says:
As a Caregiver, there’s no pressure to have any previous professional skills before working with SOS Children’s Villages. So it’s a great opportunity to work in an environment where help and guidance are always available.
“Interestingly, working with children at SOS Children’s Villages as well as other staff can help boost your self-confidence. And you can be proud to know you’re helping to transform the lives of children staying in your care. It brings out the best in you. It’s another aspect of the work I love most.”
You don’t need any degree to be a good parent. But you can gain some valuable experience by working with children. I am truly motivated to help others even without a financial incentive. Which is great and valuable for me.
