Zanabu, a social worker at SOS Children’s Villages in Liberia expressed her thoughts about working for NGO. Here is what she has to say:
Working with an NGO is a different experience; unlike a corporate company or a business start-up, in an NGO you work on something that you deeply believe in. Not just monetary benefits, or what you earn helps you grow as a person.
“I’ve come to believe that each of us has a personal calling that is unique – and the best way to succeed is to discover what we love and then find a way to offer it to others in the form of service.” – Zanabu Sesay
