We are thrilled to share the latest news from Liberia’s commemoration of the Day of the African Child, #DAC2023. Over 3,000 children and young people from across Liberia gather at the Executive Pavilion on Broad Street in Monrovia to advocate for their rights.

The Executive Pavilion is the first official presidential residence and a centerpiece of Liberian government and history.

Many speeches were made, key amongst them, is a reminder that the best interest of children needs to be upheld and protected at all times. But most importantly, to shine the spotlight on the plight of the disadvantaged.
