In this pivotal role, you will oversee and elevate security operations across Liberia and The Gambia, ensuring the safety of our program participants, staff, and valuable assets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Champion the safety and security of SOS Children’s Villages program participants, employees, and logistics.
– Lead and coordinate comprehensive safety and security operations in Liberia and The Gambia.
– Conduct thorough risk assessments, establish robust security protocols, and develop emergency preparedness plans.
– Foster strong collaboration with national and regional security teams to enhance our safety measures.
What We’re Looking For:
– A solid background in security management and risk assessment.
– Previous experience in humanitarian or development environments is highly desirable.
– Exceptional coordination and leadership skills.
– A deep commitment to safety, security and ethical standards.
